The study identified 8 main factors and 72 indicators affecting the choice of open innovation knowledge-based companies of Oil and Gas Technological Entrepreneurship through content analysis. Then, 15 key experts were selected by purposive sampling method to collect the opinions by a questionnaire. Data analysis and prioritization were performed through fuzzy Delphi, fuzzy Dematel, and fuzzy ANP. Findings showed that entrepreneurial characteristics (personality-behavioral), the market of high-technology products and services, technological factors and cooperation networks for innovation, core skills of the company, organizational characteristics, human resources, and government and institutions were respectively identified as the most important factors influencing the adoption of open innovation.
